How to use mirror cards.
Instructions for self-help, Mirror cards are cards that consist of three activities. Mirror cards have been created to help you navigate your emotions, identify each of them, and discover yourself a little more. With the aesthetics of the Tarot, we want you to experience different introspection exercises to explore new emotions and reflect on what you don’t know about yourself.
Activity number one.
The first activity from card 1 to card 5 are the firsts introspection questions. Who am I? To perform the exercise well, you must write the answers on paper, reflect on your responses. Another option is to work with a friend, practise your listening skills simultaneously, and share your feelings with someone close to you.
Activity number two.
For the activity of the emotions, choose any card you want from 6 to 17. You will find both negative and positive feelings in these cards, for example, sadness or positive. Each emotion has assigned questions that you will find in the small book with all the instructions.
As in the previous exercise, to carry out the introspection correctly, you should write your answers on a piece of paper or explain how you feel to a friend. Working in your emotions is a powerful tool to understand better how you can control what you feel and find the correct answer.
Activity number three
Activity number three covers card 18 to card 22 with no number, same as the Tarot. The last card doesn’t have a number because it is the Fool. In the Mirror Deck, the Fool is the action of reflecting and is the end of these three exercise. In this activity, we find the exercise of the chair. Following the steps of each card, we finalise with the action of reflecting that is the immediate action that we want to discover through all the Mirror cards.
